As a Sauvignon Blanc enthusiast, I can defiantly say that Kim Crawford is one of my favorites. I was ecstatic to find it at Fry’s Supermarket in Scottsdale, Arizona. Originally $21.99, it was on sale for $17.99. Grapes were grown from vineyards in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley and Awatere Valley. Some of the vines ranged up to 14 years, which helped create the wonderful mix of flavors that can be tasted in the wine.
Color is pale yellow with a hint of green. A mixture of citrus and assorted fruits blend together beautifully to create a bright, juicy sweetness. The finish is fresh, light and crisp.
