Wine in a can. A relatively new concept that some people are either excited about or frowning upon. This Oregon company (my home state!) features a Pinot Noir, Rosé, Pinot Gris and Sparkling Wine in a can. When this first came out, I tried the Pinot Noir and the Pinot Gris. I had tasted the Pinot Noir and the Pinot Gris in the regular wine bottle by Underwood before, and was pleasantly surprised that the can did not alter the flavor profile of either wine. I think this is a fun idea for parties and picnics. Wine in a can reminds me of summer, hanging out on a boat or going to the lake. This could be a fun way to introduce beer drinkers to wine, or people who are intimidated of wine and its complexities. Below is the link for additional info, and how to purchase the Underwood wines in a four pack for $28.
