Do We Need To Give Up Alcohol To Lose Weight Article

Below is a link to an NY Times article that I found rather interesting. I’ve always questioned the idea of wether alcohol consumption makes you gain weight or not. Of course excessive drinking on a regular, weekly basis will increase weight gain but I wonder about weight gain from drinking on a less regular basis.
