2015 Prophecy Sauvignon Blanc Review

Might as well call me Sauvignon Blanc Jess. I’m thinking about changing my blog name to portray my deep love of Sauvignon Blanc wines šŸ˜‚ Although I blog often about Sauvignon Blanc, it’s my personal mission to make sure that I’m not tasting the same brand/winery multiple times. This week I found one by Prophecy, a 2015 Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. The label really stood out to me with its beautiful artwork. The price was only $9.99 at QFC (a grocery store chain in Seattle, WA owned by Kroger).

“Aromas of grapefruit, lychee and lime zest lead to flavors of mandarin orange and green apple, followed by delicate notes of mineral and white tea.” (www.prophecywines.com)

Below is an article from Sunset that offers ideas of different dishes to pair with Sauvignon Blanc.

Cheers… and enjoy!
