When traveling to the Oregon Coast recently we decided to stop off at Four Graces Vineyard in the Dundee Hills. It was so quaint and cute! As many of you know, the Willamette Valley is known for their good wine, so I was ecstatic to take this detour. We didn’t have time to do a full tasting so I opted for a glass of their 2016 Pinot Blanc. The price for the glass was $8, and the bottle price was $24. It was so delicious! Highly recommend. The service was great and it was fun to sit outdoors and enjoy the warm summer weather in Oregon.
“This 2016 Pinot Blanc is light, fresh and lively. It begins with fragrant aromas of orange blossom, yellow peach and river rock. The palate has a pleasing acidity that balances flavors of Asian pear and mandarins” (https://www.thefourgraces.com/product/2016-The-Four-Graces-Pinot-Blanc–Willamette-Valley)
Four Graces recommends pairing this wine with cream brie or fresh cod.
